Our Mission

To empower young people with the emotional tools, confidence and behavioural strategies they need to thrive in school and in life - through rapid, responsive and relationship-led mentoring.

What we do

At WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd., we collaborate closely with schools to deliver structured, high-impact mentoring programmes designed to address some of the most urgent challenges in education today - including disruptive behaviour, poor attendance, emotional wellbeing concerns and low student confidence.

Our approach blends evidence-based written resources with engaging, physical sessions - creating a dynamic, student-centred experience that not only tackles problems but actively promotes resilience, motivation and personal growth across the school community.

We deliver targeted support across five core development areas:

  • Behaviour Management

  • Anger Management

  • Emotional Support

  • Confidence Building

  • Motivational Development

Whether your students need early intervention, re-engagement or a structured path toward self-improvement, WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. offers a flexible, measurable, and trusted solution - making us a valuable extension of your pastoral and wellbeing teams.

Why our work matters

  • Over 82% of parents say good behaviour is a key factor when choosing a school (GOV.UK, 2019).

  • Yet, 1 in 3 schools are not rated 'good' for behaviour by Ofsted.

  • Low-level disruption is costing pupils up to 38 days of learning per year.

  • Teacher retention continues to be impacted by classroom behaviour challenges.

Our response

At WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd., we pride ourselves on delivering rapid-response mentoring, often beginning support within days of referral. With minimal waiting times, we prioritise early intervention to address challenges before they escalate.

Every student benefits from:

  • A bespoke weekly plan tailored to their unique needs and aligned with their school’s priorities.

  • A carefully matched mentor, selected based on shared interests and focused on building strong rapport and trust.

  • A custom-designed WeSTRIVE workbook, developed by an expert global team of performance coaches to foster positive mindsets, resilience and sustained personal growth.

  • Boxing sessions, which play a vital role in our mentoring programmes by helping students build confidence, develop self-discipline, and channel their energy positively in a safe, structured environment.

By combining mentoring with physical activity like boxing, we reinforce the essential link between physical fitness and mental wellbeing, creating a powerful foundation for behavioural change and personal growth.
