What our partner schools say:

Ruislip High School
Adam Askin, Assistant Headteacher
"WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. see a range of students for a variety of reasons such as anxiety, behaviour, organisation and self-esteem. This has been a huge success at Ruislip High School with students seen displaying more confidence in themselves and has also supported in reducing the behaviour points across the school.
Conor and his team are also more than capable of supporting and helping out with other roles in the school such as duties and also supervising the school’s isolation rooms."

Bishop Ramsey School
Abbey Maycock, Assistant Headteacher
We have had WeStrive Mentoring Ltd. in school for just over a year. In that time, the WeStrive team have become an integral part of the school. WeStrive has been able to successfully support students experiencing a range of difficulties, and their intervention is now a standard part of the reintegration package for students who have been suspended. Both students and parents have told us that they find this support very useful. On a daily basis, the WeStrive team is a valuable addition to the pastoral team - supporting with call-outs, monitoring our Back-on-track facility, and ensuring that any students who are struggling always have someone to talk to.

Minet Junior School
Rosalie Taylor, Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion
"WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. go above and beyond to support our students and are extremely caring and conscientious. Their communication is much appreciated as we are kept updated weekly on how the students are getting on and any new issues are discussed and promptly resolved. In addition, a termly report is produced showing the impact of their interventions. Students have an enormous amount of respect for their mentor and are very responsive to the provision.
Our most vulnerable students open up to our mentor, which has been beneficial when we have had safeguarding concerns.
WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. work alongside SLT to ensure each session is bespoke for each child’s needs. They also support the playground at break and lunchtime where they can assist with any difficulties on the playground. WSM Ltd. also run a boxing club every week, which is extremely popular."

"WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. has been fantastic with supporting pupils with specific interventions. They take the time to build a good rapport with pupils and work alongside staff to ensure pupils are receiving support on a safe, professional and positive platform.
WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. provides a range of activities and this is shared clearly with staff so that strategies and discussions are implemented in the classroom and not as an isolated intervention session. We have seen a positive impact from the pupils WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. have worked with. Thank you!"

Through mentoring, and also practical boxing sessions which the students thoroughly enjoy, a number of our students have displayed improved behaviour in lessons and at social times. It is also clear to see a reduction in behaviour points.

WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. are always proactive to support in any way they can and have built a good rapport with both staff and students."
